Jobs

We employ over 300 staff at our offices across England. We offer a wide range of job opportunities from front line advice and support work with our clients, to campaigning and fundraising to finance. What connects our staff is their commitment to improving the situations of thousands of refugees and asylum seekers each year.

We offer a highly challenging and rewarding work environment that gives you the opportunity to make a real difference and provides a supportive framework for formal and informal learning and development. What we ask from our staff is a professional approach and the flexibility to react positively to the new challenges we face working in a changeable political environment.

We consider the diversity of our staff to be a great strength for the organisation and for our work. Maintaining a multicultural workforce is important to us in terms of reflecting the clients we serve and in ensuring our recruitment methods embrace the skills and talents of all sections of our local communities.

Our staff group spans a wide range of backgrounds and nationalities and more than 90 different languages are spoken. Over a third of our staff are not native English speakers.
