Do you have a graduate recruitment programme?

We don’t. The selection criteria for jobs at the Refugee Council are centred around relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities rather than formal qualifications. We do this to ensure an inclusive recruitment process which increases access to jobs for candidates from all backgrounds. Some specialist roles (in Human Resources or Finance for example) will require a formal professional or vocational qualification.
