Terms and Conditions

The completion and return of a booking form constitutes a booking. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing a minimum of three weeks before the event. At this stage, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. A cancellation is not valid unless a member of the Refugee Council Events Team has acknowledged, in writing, the receipt of the cancellation. No refunds will be made for cancellations in the three weeks prior to the event. A substitute delegate may be sent, in which case no cancellation charges will apply.

Payment must be received before the event. Non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and the full fee will apply. We reserve the right at anytime, and without prior notice, to change venues, speakers, and/or the programme if necessary. If, for reasons out of our control, we have to cancel an event we will provide as much notice as possible and will provide a full refund of course fees to all delegates. Please note, this does not include the reimbursement of train fares or any other expenses you incur or expect to incur by attending the course.
