There are many ways that you can help us stamp out asylum lies. You can directly challenge some of the asylum myths and scare stories in the media and raise the tone of the asylum debate by making your views heard.
This could be through: taking part in phone-ins, text-ins, surveys, online forums; contacting the media if you read something in the press about asylum seekers and refugees that's wrong, unfair or offensive; or by writing to the Press Complaints Commission.
