Gateway: resettlement

The Gateway Protection Programme is the name of the UK's refugee resettlement programme. The first refugees on this programme arrived in the UK in March 2004. This briefing explains what resettlement is, who is involved, the selection process, how resettled refugees are supported in the UK and outlines how to advise resettled refugees.
