Zimbabwean asylum cases

This briefing provides information about the situation of Zimbabwean asylum seekers who think they may be affected by Asylum and Immigration Tribunal judgment published on 21st November 2007. This ruling by the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, in favour of the Secretary of State for the Home Department, overturns the decision in 2005 that all Zimbabwean asylum seekers face a risk of persecution in Zimbabwe if they were to be forced to return.
