London Domestic Violence Strategy
Joint response to the Mayor of London consultation on the second London Domestic Violence Strategy [October 2005]
The Refugee Council held a consultation event with refugee community organisations (RCO's) and women RCOs to gather feedback on the progress of the first London Domestic Violence Strategy. The event focused on the RCOs experience of working with domestic violence in their community and provided an opportunity to discuss the Refugee Council's and consultation participants response to the second London Domestic Violence Strategy document. This response draws on the experiences of Refugee Council caseworkers and of those RCO’s and refugee agencies consulted.
