Refugee Council response to the government’s green paper on youth services: Youth matters [November 2005]
On 18 July 2005, the government published Youth Matters, a green paper outlining its plans for reform of youth services. The Refugee Council's response urges the government to recognise the particular needs of young people who are asylum seekers and refugees and asks them to ensure that the proposed reforms will be fully inclusive.
