The Refugee Council and The Housing Associations’ Charitable Trust (hact) have submitted a joint response to the Department for Communities and Local Government consultation on guidance on social housing. Our response focuses on the need for the new code to address issues of particular concern to refugees and the crucial connections between worklessness and housing.
