Education and employment
Asylum seekers and those with a positive decision are entitled to some education and training opportunities. All children up to the age of 16, regardless of their immigration status or that of their family, are legally entitled to a free school education in the UK.
Adult education and employment This section will review the government training schemes as well as further and higher education entitlements. It will also cover the employment rights of refugees and asylum seekers. Education to 18 This section covers what you can do to help your client find a school place and access assistance within the school. It also covers the educational entitlements of those between 16-18 years old. |
