Appeal: Children in detention
 The way this country is treating some refugee children is a disgrace. Children who arrive on their own – and sadly, so many do – are incredibly vulnerable. They have a right under law to be cared for and given support here, and to be looked after as any children should. But what happens if they can’t prove their age? Too often, these children find themselves in detention centres.
