KPMG and the Refugee Council

Quote, Chris Badman, Refugee Council

Refugees experience high levels of unemployment, although they may be highly skilled.

Employment is an important part of the integration process but they face many barriers, including lack of access to professional networks.

KPMG staff support refugees through job search training, including making applications and CV writing.

Inclusive Schools and KPMG Foundation

Quote, Neil Sherlock, KPMG

Refugee and asylum-seeking children and young people are amongst the most vulnerable in our schools. Their achievement is linked to high levels of parental and community involvement in schooling.

Inclusive Schools is an action research project funded by the KPMG Foundation. It will explore new ways of working to link local education authorities with refugee parents, carers and communities.
