How we fundraise

As a charity independent from government we rely on voluntary donations to carry out our life-saving work. We raise funds in many different ways - these include grant-making trusts and other institutional funders, major donors, sponsored events such as marathons, direct mail appeals, donor recruitment campaigns, telephone fundraising and face-to-face fundraising.

We rely entirely on voluntary donations to run our Day Centre and deliver direct specialist services through our Mental Health Specialist Team, or through the Children’s Panel, to vulnerable groups whose special needs are not covered by mainstream services.
