Housing Resettlement and Rent Deposit Guarantee Scheme

The Refugee Council works with refugees in London who are on a low wage or welfare benefits to help them access private rented accommodation and resettle in the UK.

We offer landlords and tenants a range of support services to create sustainable tenancies. We prioritise single refugees who have a connection to the London borough of Hillingdon, but we can also help refugees who live in other areas of London.
