We do not provide advice to people applying for asylum support. If you require advice of this kind, contact the free helpline operated by Migrant Help on: 0808 8010 503.

We receive a high volume of requests for help with research and unfortunately we do not usually have the capacity to support most of them. We sometimes work with researchers on projects that are focused on improving policy and practice, so if you wish to explore collaboration with us, please send details of the research you are planning to carry out, including its aims and objectives, and we will review them and get back to you.

The Red Cross can assist you to apply for a family reunion visa.

We cannot help you to find a solicitor. The Right To Remain website provides information on solicitors in your local area.

 

At Refugee Council, we openly welcome feedback and complaints. We actively encourage you to contact us with your feedback, whether good or bad. Complaints are especially important to us as they may help us to see where our procedures or activities might be improved.

If you wish to make a formal complaint, please fill in a complaint form and send it to the local manager or to the Executive Support Officer at the address below.
