We have over 30 years’ experience in supporting refugees into employment and understand the barriers refugees face in trying to access work in the UK. We understand well what employers want and help refugees learn the skills needed to succeed.
What we offer
Finding work in a new country can be difficult and confusing so we are here to help get you started. Our specialist advisers will talk to you about your career interests and support you to achieve your goals. We are here to help you on your journey.

Please note if you are already registered with the Refugee Council, you don’t need to complete this form. You can contact your adviser or case worker. When you register with us, we will:
- Contact you to talk about your situation and what you would like to achieve
- If we have a service that you can benefit from, we will ask an employment advisor to speak with you
- If we don’t have any suitable support, we will look to connect you to other organisations which help refugees
- Add you to our mailing list so you will be receiving regular updates on training and employment opportunities UK wide
Who it's for
Our services are for those with Refugee Status, Humanitarian Protection (or other forms of ‘leave to remain’ issued as a result of an asylum application) and their family members.
