Psychological therapy service for refugees who have been resettled in Cambridge and surrounding areas via the Vulnerable Persons Resettlement Scheme (VPRS).
Important update March 2020: VPRS Therapeutic Services in Cambridge and Peterborough are now closed, and we are no longer accepting new referrals for these projects. New therapeutic services will be launched shortly – please keep checking our website for further information.
What we offer
Up to 12 weeks of therapy to refugees experiencing mental health distress, including:
- One to one therapy
- Systemic family therapy
- Supportive home visits
- Therapeutic activity groups such as stress reduction and relaxation, creative, arts groups and psycho-education workshops – clients can suggest additional activities that they would like to participate in
- Arabic speaking interpreters are available

Adults and families resettled under the VPRS scheme.
