UKBA publish guidance for refugees applying for indefinite leave

The UKBA has now published guidance and an application form for refugees applying for indefinite leave to remain in the UK.

Refugees who were granted refugee status or humanitarian protection after 30 August 2005 will need to submit an application form in the month before their limited leave expires.

The Refugee Council and other refugee agencies are in discussions with the UKBA about the details of the process, and will have further information on this soon.

Please find the guidance, application form, and further information on the UKBA website: www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk
