Employing refugees

Refugees come from all walks of life, with a variety of skills, qualifications and experience.

What makes them different is the fact they are unable to return to their home countries.  Refugees have full employment rights in the UK, but the documents they have and the names for the types of leave to remain in the UK may be new to employers.
