We know that rebuilding a life is about even more than just safety. We believe everyone should have the chance to thrive—not just survive. That’s why we work alongside refugees every step of the way. We’re there through all the ups and downs, until they’re settled and feel part of their new community.

We know from decades working with refugees that the key for people integrating in Britain is providing support with learning English so that refugees can lay down roots here long term. We know that with practical help like securing housing and finding work people rediscover their skills, confidence and purpose.

Refugees have created the rich fabric of British life we are all so proud of. But integration doesn’t happen on its own. It takes support. And that's why the Refugee Council is here, with practical support and advice to enable refugees to find safety, integrate and find belonging. ◆
