The Board of Trustees fully supports the organisations first Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy, which is set out in the document available below.

The EDI strategy sets out an ambitious plan to become an organisation that actively opposes all discrimination and inequity with an initial focus on anti-racism, and to develop and monitor processes for ensuring that the organisation operates in a way that truly reflects our approach to EDI.
