Challenge 1: Sponsored sleep out

Raise funds in solidarity with those who’ve lost everything. Get sponsored to sleep outside for just one night or more if you dare, with only the basics (tents allowed!). Invite your household to join you too!

Challenge 2: Sponsored crossing

Undertake a sponsored row in the gym on a rowing machine (or in water if you’re experienced), in solidarity with those who risk their lives at sea daily to flea war and persecution. Challenge yourself to cover the 21 miles distance across the English channel, or further if you dare.

Challenge 3: Kabul to London Challenge

We’re currently working with over 1,000 people from Afghanistan and seeing increased pressure on our services following the recent crisis, especially the need for mental health support.

The Kabul to London Challenge is our ultimate challenge! Build a team, keep fit and complete the 6,700km distance between London and Kabul in 92 days.

A team of 6 is 12km or 15,750 steps per day for 92 days (or 3 months)

A team of 10 is 7.5km or 10,000 steps per day for 92 days (or 3 months)
