Q: @ChildrensComm (Twitter) – Can @RefugeeCouncil persuade UKBA to reconsider Mary’s case if there is evidence of torture?

A: Francesco – Thanks Children’s Commissioner! We’re not directly working with Mary but we’re confident that the Medical Foundation for the Care of Victims of Torture will be doing everything they can to ensure the UKBA reconsider her case.
