First mayoral candidates sign up to make London a welcoming place for refugees

Ken Livingstone and Brian Paddick are the first London mayoral candidates to sign the London Elections Refugee Pledge, along with 13 London Assembly candidates. The Refugee Council launched the pledge on Friday, asking candidates in the London Elections to sign a pledge to make London a welcoming place for refugees and asylum seekers if they are elected.
